In that case our fees correspond in the middle of the fees of the agency. Il does not have of on commissionnement there : the operation is neutral thus financially for you.

b) Product found with a private individual :
Tables of inclusive of tax applied percentages :
From 0 to 160 000 euro: 6 %
From 160 001 to 350 000 Euro: 5 %
Beyond 350 000 Euro: 4 %
